We are the creators of our own reality on all fronts of our life: personal, professional, hobbies... I cannot agree that we are victims, not even of our genetic inheritance - on the topic of the genes more to come (incubating now). Whatever we get in life it is a mirror of who we are inside.

 

So if we love ourselves, the world will show us love and if we criticize ourselves, the world will tear apart all that we dissaprove of in ourselves. Is it easy? No, it is not easy, it is simple. And subtle.
